Reynolda Electric was one of the first electrical contractors to install fiber optic cable for the NCDOT camera systems along the highways, and one of the first ITS projects by NCDOT for the Winston Salem Division for the cameras along HWY 52, I-85 with over 12 miles of fiber.

We are fiber optic LAN certified for multimode and single mode fiber optic installation. Reynolda Electric also installed communications between Muddy Creek WTP and Elledge WTP in Winston Salem, with over 20,000 ft. of direct burial, double armored fiber cable. Since then, Reynolda has installed multiple sites for Black Box and companies that only offer networking. We have the ability to directional drill and install onsite communications via fiber cables to assist with computer management and inventory control technologies.

Reynolda Electric's service department and our industrial department are experts in control wiring, from motor control center (MCC) networking to fiber optic cable for programmable logic controllers (PLC). We specialize not only in the installation but also provide typical hardwiring of starters, controllers, VFDs, and soft starts.
